• Evidence-based. Not everything that is important can be tested. We understand that and recognize that decision-making under uncertainty is all about managing risk. As we lean into the data we see also that not everything that can be tested is important.

• Independently-minded. Markets go up and markets go down. I don't have a company line to toe or a vested interest in any specific outcome. That gives me the freedom to be completely honest as I assess opportunities and risk across asset classes.

• Visually-engaging. The world is awash in information but what is being shared does not matter if it is not being seen. A picture might be able to say 1000 words, but many of us ready to turn the page after the first 250. Brevity & clarity are communication assets.

We help turn observations into insight and insight into application.

If our eyes and ears are filled with 10 times as much information as insight and 10 times as much insight as application, then what we see and hear is 90% factual but largely insignificant information.
